Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage repair activities across various products provided by our contractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading supplier negotiations, contracting for repair, and reviewing performance metrics to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality results.
Your Responsibilities
* Owns repair activities for the internal organization across all products provided by our contractors.
* Leads supplier negotiations and contracting for repair.
* Reviews regularly and mitigates low performance in time, cost, and quality.
* Leads repair-related performance evaluation and supplier development.
* Taskforce/Project Management including all internal and external stakeholders.
* Operational procurement tasks (e.g., generation and tracking of purchase orders, buy/sell activities, invoice and payment tracking).
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
Qualifications
* Master/Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or similar field.
Skills
* Supply chain and supplier management skills, preferred EMS/Assembly services.
* Negotiations skills, able to drive win-win solutions.
* Operational procurement experience.
* Superior communication skills (cross-functional, supply chain, cross-cultural) across hierarchy levels, fluent English & German language skills (verbal & written).
* Data analysis (MS-Office), improve/optimize reporting/dashboards.
