Als Disponent im Schadenmanagement sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Außendienst-Sachverständigen optimal unterwegs sind. Du planst ihre Touren, koordinierst Termine und bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für Kunden, Partner und Kollegen. Kurz: Ohne dich läuft hier gar nichts.
Deine Aufgaben:
Damit bei uns alles rund läuft, übernimmst du abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben:
* Touren planen & optimieren: Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Außendienstmitarbeiter effizient unterwegs sind.
* Termine koordinieren: Ob Kunde oder Partner – du findest immer den passenden Slot.
* Abläufe sichern: Du hältst die Fäden in der Hand und sorgst dafür, dass jede Besichtigung ohne Stress abläuft.
* Ansprechpartner sein: Für unsere Außendienst-Sachverständigen bist du die erste Adresse, wenn es Fragen gibt.
* Organisation übernehmen: Von Hotelbuchungen bis zur Abstimmung mit Versicherungen, Werkstätten oder Autohäusern – bei dir laufen die Infos zusammen.

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich
* Organisationstalent: Du behältst auch bei vielen Terminen den Überblick
* Kommunikationsstärke: Du findest immer den richtigen Ton – ob mit Kunden, Kollegen oder Werkstätten
* Flexibilität & Lösungsorientierung: Wenn etwas anders läuft als geplant, bist du sofort am Start
* Teamplayer-Mentalität: Du arbeitest eng mit Außendienst und Partnern zusammen und hältst die Fäden in der Hand
* Zuverlässigkeit: Auf dich kann man sich einfach verlassen
