Job Description
The Supervisor will be responsible for analyzing daily sales trends, making real-time strategic business decisions, and directing merchandising moves to maximize presentation. Additionally, they will understand loss prevention standards, monitor store audit compliance, and lead or rotate ownership of key areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze daily sales trends to inform business decisions
* Direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation
* Understand and implement loss prevention standards
* Lead or rotate ownership of key areas including Talent, Visuals, Operations
* Provide customers with detailed product information
* Communicate accidents/injuries to store leadership immediately
* Communicate clear priorities, sales targets, and KPIs to sales teammates
* Support store and regional leadership teams during onboarding and continuous training
* Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
* At least 18 years old
* High school degree or equivalent
* 1 year experience in a retail environment
* Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
* Available to work full time hours a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (such as hand-held and mobile devices)
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend, and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12kgs during each work shift
* Knowledge and understanding of employment laws including federal, state, and local requirements
* Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry knowledge
