The Opportunity:
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Director (Senior IC) to join our rapidly growing team. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology that delivers outstanding ROI and transformative results across 30+ industries.
What You’ll Do:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for BFSI customers
2. Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts
3. Collaborate with partner channels to maximize revenue through direct and indirect sales
4. Meet and exceed sales quotas with consistent results
5. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise-level contracts
What You’ll Bring:
1. 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including 5+ years in a similar role
2. Proven success in Data Integration, Analytics, Data Management, or related sales
3. Strong knowledge of enterprise IT architectures and data strategies
4. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
5. Team player with integrity and a passion for delivering value
6. Ability to engage with both IT and Business functions during complex, high-value cycles
7. Established network and understanding of BFSI sector challenges
