We are a truly international team and proud to play a central role in securing the electricity supply for Europe. As one of the leading Regional Coordination Centre (RCCs), we and our partners, provide integrated services to 16 electricity transmission system operators (TSOs) and their control centers in 12 European countries. Our network security assessment and capacity calculation procedures, play an incremental role in securing the operational security of the European power system every hour of the day, around the clock.

IT Systems Engineer (m/f/d) onsite
Your responsibilities
Being an escalation point for 1st/2nd level IT support staff
Co-ordinating with IT service providers related to the office environment, servers/storage, hosting, telecommunications, WAN connectivity and applications
Contributing to develop standards, processes, and procedures
Contributing to the design of future evolutions of our IT architecture, including our hosted environments
Providing guidance and expert knowledge to our development teams
Overseeing infrastructure projects - installation, development, maintenance, support and optimisation of key functional areas
Managing an Active Directory domain based on a Windows Server 2022 environment
Managing infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, print servers, Wi-Fi etc.) in a mixed client environment (Mac OS/Windows)
