Acting as the strategic link between our global TA vision and regional delivery, you’ll align processes, standards, and tools to create a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders alike.Collaborating with senior HR leaders, business area heads, and cross‑functional partners - from HR Operations to People Analytics - you’ll balance global consistency with local agility, making sure every region has what it needs to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.This role offers a flexible location within Europe, allowing you to be based at any of our global offices.How You’ll Make an Impact

What You Bring

19. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent English skills are required
