GenAI & Azure Architecture Client-Facing Consulting Role
We are looking for an AI Architect (Manager or Senior Manager level) to help scale and accelerate our AI and Generative AI (GenAI) offerings. In this role, you will design enterprise-grade AI solutions, guide clients through their GenAI journey, and shape the future of AI adoption across industries. This is a client-facing, architecture-led consulting role with global reach and impact.
You will work closely with solutioning, sales, and delivery teams across regions to architect AI and GenAI solutions using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Copilot Studio. You will help clients move from experimentation to scalable, business-aligned AI adoption—bringing technical depth, architectural rigor, and trusted advisory to every engagement.
What You’ll Do (All Levels)
AI Architecture & Solution Design
1. Lead the design of end-to-end AI and GenAI solutions aligned to client strategy and measurable outcomes.
2. Define solution blueprints, reference architectures, and AI roadmaps for scalable, repeatable delivery.
3. Translate complex requirements into clear, well-architected solution approaches.
GenAI & Azure Technical Leadership
4. Advise on GenAI use cases including conversational AI, copilots, RAG, vector search, and emerging Agentic AI patterns.
5. Leverage Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Copilot Studio to shape automation and orchestration.
Client Advisory
6. Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders.
7. Lead architecture discussions, design workshops, and solution reviews.
8. Shape AI strategy, adoption plans, and future-state operating models.
Sales & Pursuit Support
9. Support sales pursuits through solution shaping, estimates, and executive-facing presentations.
10. Contribute to PoVs, demos, and proposal development.
Practice & Capability Building
11. Contribute to internal accelerators, best practices, and reusable components.
12. Mentor team members and support capability uplift in GenAI and Responsible AI.
Additional Responsibilities (Manager)

17. Lead executive briefings and influence senior stakeholders.

19. Own end-to-end architecture across data, integration, security, identity, and model lifecycle.
20. Establish standards for RAG, orchestration, agent strategies, and AI governance.
Sales & Growth Leadership
21. Lead pre-sales architecture for major pursuits and create industry-aligned reference designs.
22. Shape commercial strategy, solutioning, and risk mitigation for large programs.
Delivery Governance
23. Oversee architectural integrity across programs, run design reviews, and manage risks and trade-offs.
24. Ensure adoption, value tracking, and scaled rollout across complex engagements.
Operating Model & Governance
25. Define AI operating models, platform strategy, SDLC/MLOps/LLMOps guardrails, and data access patterns.
26. Advise on Responsible AI, security, privacy, and Azure Well-Architected principles
