Your tasks
1. Living cooperation: Support the IT team in daily operational activities
2. Tackling tasks: Triage incoming tickets, categorize and coordinate requests; Support testing, regression tests and release readiness
3. Driving progress: Create user guides, process documentation and release notes; Analyze recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
4. Taking responsibility: Maintain trackers, reports and documentation; Assist with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Field Service related tas
Your Profile
5. Qualification: Enrolled student in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar
6. Personality: Strong organizational and communication skills
7. Languages: Good German and English skills
8. Know-How: Confident with Excel, PowerPoint and Teams; Structured and reliable way of working
9. Interest: CRM systems, Cloud applications and digital processes
