* Develop detailed project plans with defined timelines, work packages and milestones
* Act as the primary liaison between project sponsors as well as internal and external project participants
* Prepare training material and execute trainings preparing employees for upcoming changes
* Identify arising obstacles for the further course of the project early and completely while proactively developing mitigation strategies
* Oversee user/factory acceptance tests focusing on a systematic and structured review of project scope and compliance to specification
* Work closely with internal parties of the manufacturing units, with example departments being Industrial engineering, Production, Maintenance, SCM and IT
* Master's degree in Engineering or applicable training as technician or similar
* At least 10 years of work experience, thereof 5 years of experience in project management context
* Proficiency in planning, scoping, scheduling, tracking and controlling project lifecycles; profound abilities in performance metrics
* Verifiable above-average experience in project and change management of projects with adequate scope size
* Experience in budgeting and resource allocation
* Confidence in dealing with third parties (e. g. vendors)
* Very good in english and german (minimum C1 level)
