Assortment Manager (m/f/d)
Your new job includes
As a new member of our team, you will be the central point of contact for all overarching operational product range and pricing issues and will be responsible for all operational projects relating to fashion and accessories purchasing. In particular, you will
* be in daily contact with the Head of Buyings and work closely with the buyers in the department
* represent Fashion & Accessories Purchasing in meetings with our internal interfaces (Commercial Effectiveness, Purchasing Controlling, Category Experience, Master Data, Supplier Management)
* support the implementation of strategic decisions relating to product groups (price derivations, range optimisations, etc.)
* ensure that deadlines for projects within the purchasing team are met
* critically examine existing processes in terms of efficiency and automation and improve them where necessary
What you should bring along
* Successfully completed a degree in economics or commercial training with professional experience, ideally in purchasing, as well as a passion for the fashion and accessories product category
* Confidence, strong communication skills and assertiveness – also in English. As well as an analytical, strategic mindset and positive attitude to achieve your goals and find collaborative solutions.
* Confident use of MS Office and ideally SAP
* An open-minded personality who finds it easy to build a close network with suppliers and internal interfaces
* Business fluent German and English skills; other languages are a plus
