* Completed studies in civil engineering
* At least seven years of relevant professional experience in structural analysis / design or in sales / support of CAD / FEM software
* Excellent knowledge of the Indian construction software market, ideally in CAD, FEM, or BIM
* Very good English skills, knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is an advantage
* Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a hands-on mentality
* Willingness to travel regularly within India and occasionally to Germany

* Acquiring new customers and managing client relationships

* Building and maintaining relationships with authorities, industry associations, and educational institutions
