And that's exactly why we are looking for you as a Business Intelligence Manager Reporting & UX (m/f/d) for our interdisciplinary finance and controlling team.
To further expand our reporting and control landscape, we are looking for a person who not only has technical expertise in Power BI, but also designs reports in such a way that they are actually used.
In this role, you will actively shape the reporting of the WiBU Group: from requirements gathering and modeling to UX-rich dashboards that support sales, purchasing and management in their daily work.

You will enjoy these tasks:
* Development and further development of meaningful and interactive Power BI reports and dashboards with a clear focus on sales, purchasing and control indicators.
* Preparation of standard and ad-hoc reports as part of controlling in cooperation with the various business units.
* Ensuring high usability, clarity and acceptance of the reports through a well-thought-out UX design.
* Modeling data from various sources and integrating it into Power BI.
* Development and maintenance of data pipelines for automated data flow in cooperation with our external service provider.
* Optimizing the performance and quality of reports and data models.
* Contribution to governance, role and authorization concepts within the Power BI environment.
* Creation of documentation as well as training and enablement of report users.
You bring the following with you:
* Completed studies in business informatics, data science, computer science or a comparable qualification – alternatively, relevant professional experience in the BI environment.
* Excellent practical knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, especially data modeling (STAR Schema, Best Practices), DAX & M, Power Query, as well as visualization and UX.
* Experience in creating reports for controlling, sales or management purposes.
* Good knowledge of SQL and understanding of data structures, ETL/ELT processes.
* Ideally, knowledge of Python, R and correlation analysis.
* Analytical, structured working style and a strong understanding of business management principles.
* Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with controlling, sales and other departments.
* Interest in modern BI, reporting and data technologies.
