Doktorand/PhD Position (m/w/d)
Was Sie erwartet
1. You conduct research on development of analytical methods for characterization and detection of water-soluble polymers in environmental matrices.
2. You conduct experiments on fate of water-soluble polymers in the environment.
3. You collaborate with project partners and contribute to project reporting.
4. You write publications for peer-reviewed scientific journals about your results and present them at international conferences.
5. You're integrated in our research team at the Institute of Analytical Research.
Was Sie mitbringen
6. Master’s degree ideally in analytical chemistry, environmental science or a related field
7. Experiences in topics like (high-resolution) organic mass spectrometry including MALDI-ToF-MS and ESI-MS
8. Coding skills preferably in R and/or Python
9. Hands-on working style and first experience in an analytical laboratory
10. Motivation to work in an interdisciplinary team
11. High degree of organization skills and ability to work independently
12. Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills (English required, German desirable)
