Main Responsibilities:
* Client reception and management of meeting rooms and spaces bookings
* Responding to employee requests and questions via ticketing tool
* Supporting various administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in administrative or secretarial field, or hotel, catering or tourism industry
* 3 years of experience in services or similar role, preferably in tertiary sector
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Excellent spoken and written English skills
