YOUR TASKS:
You manage our entire supply chain operationally, including:
• Preparing quotes and taking responsibility for the complete offer process
• Troubleshooting operational issues and implementing sustainable solutions
• Booking sea freight in close coordination with our offices in China and India
• Daily communication and coordination with customers, service providers and partners
• Coordinating time-critical shipments, including monitoring and reporting
• Checking documents for customs clearance and overseeing processes in our systems
• Reviewing incoming invoices and preparing outgoing invoices
• Handling complaints and developing appropriate solutions
YOUR PROFIL:
• Completed vocational training in freight forwarding and logistics services, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in OOG (Out of Gauge) import logistics
• High degree of initiative, reliability, and attention to detail
• Team player with strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel; experience with Cargowise is a plus
• You have good written and spoken English skills
• Curious mindset and enthusiasm for new challenges
