Our offerings include prototyping grants and founder-friendly convertible loans, empowering you to transform your innovative ideas into scalable products. Your mission You are responsible for implementing a grant program for founders (Prototyping Grants) and selecting teams worthy of funding You handle the screening and selection of promising candidates for pre-seed capital investments Based on your analysis and due diligence, you prepare decision memos for the investment committee You assist in the maintenance of our IT infrastructure You support in the creation of reporting documents You source dealflow at virtual and in-person events Your profile You hold a degree in a business-related or technical field (e.g., economics, business administration, engineering, computer science or similar) You have initial experience in VC or starting a venture, ideally with a tech background (working student, internship, first job) You are ready to kickstart your professional career and are passionate about complex, innovative technologies and eager to further develop and successfully manage an innovative investment program You enjoy taking responsibility, developing creative solutions, and making decisions You have fluent English skills and excellent communication abilities What we offer Interaction with highly motivated and excellent founders in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment Participation in startup events and series of events at Europe's largest innovation and startup center An exciting opportunity where you can assume a high level of responsibility and have a strong impact in an entrepreneurial environment.
