Your tasks
6. You will be responsible for the design and development of chassis components in the front area as well as the optimization of truck frame components.
7. You will design new frame components, such as cross members and structural components, in a modular design.
8. Your focus will be on the development of cast components as well as pressed and bent sheet metal parts.
9. You will create the necessary documentation and drawings (prototype to series) using CATIA V5.
10. You will work closely with related departments such as simulation, prototype construction, production, purchasing and external suppliers.
Your profile
11. A technical degree (TU/FH) in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering.
12. Several years of experience in the development of structural dynamic components for the commercial vehicle sector.
13. Sound CAD knowledge in CATIA V5 and ideally experience with Windchill.
14. Very good written and spoken English for working in an international environment.
15. Ability to work under pressure, creativity as well as a strong team spirit and cooperative working style.
