Regional Head (m/f/d) Product Management Surgical Devices, EMEA

* Lead a team of product managers responsible for business areas and act as Second Level Sales Support with a high degree of independence.
- Focus on team guidance, development, and driving engagement.
- Define and execute the EMEA business strategy aligned with global strategy and EMEA BU, including positioning, training, pricing, reimbursement, lifecycle management, and communication.
- Manage BU business and support the EMEA Business Unit Manager.
- Responsible for the full BU business.
- Lead strategic BU or division projects (e.g., Sales Force Effectiveness, Strategy Development).
- Lead and develop a team of GLs and/or at least 3 product managers.
- Create and monitor the BU annual plan with forecasts.
- Act as operational interface between Central Units, Upstream marketing, and regional organizations.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master’s in Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or similar.
- 5+ years in Product Management/Sales, with 2-3 years in leadership.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Strong marketing and sales knowledge.
- Experience in surgical operating theater sales, especially with disposable products, is a plus.
- Business and strategic mindset with a holistic perspective.
- Ability to manage a business and develop talent.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Independent, proactive, and fluent in English.
