Your Responsibilities
Lead End-to-End Process Engineering & Improvement
Manage and execute process re-engineering initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and scalability
Apply structured methodologies to drive systemic change
Global Process Alignment & Integration
* Collaborate with global teams to align local processes with global standards
* Ensure seamless integration of processes into systems like Rapid Response by coordinating with process owners, data owners, and GIT
Process Governance & Documentation
Develop and maintain process documentation using the APQC framework.
Establish pragmatic governance structures to support a sustainable and agile process environment
Mentorship & Change Leadership
* Act as a senior lead for junior process engineers
* Champion process ownership, train business users, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, BPMN 2.0, SCOR, or BABOK are highly desirable
Proven success in implementing process frameworks in medium to large organizations. Solid experience in process design, analysis, documentation, and transformation within operations or supply chain environments
Strong analytical and systems thinking, excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global context. Self-starter with emotional intelligence and a pragmatic approach to change
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus. Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Kinexis Maestro) and demand planning processes, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
