We are currently seeking a Part-time Client Advisor 60% who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Stuttgart Breuninger store.
Your opportunity
Meet performance expectations and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction in alignment with company standards.
How you will contribute
1. Finalize sales targets achievements in line with company strategy
2. Use effective selling techniques to maximize the business potential of the stores
3. Contribute to build team working sharing information and best practices
4. Collect and update customer information to ensure an efficient use of CRM and Client Book
5. Uphold respect of the company standards and procedures
6. Keep stock info updated and follow store-to- store transfer request procedures
7. Cultivate customer relationships
8. Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with the company standards
Who you are
9. Native speakers as an advantage
10. Excellent customer and service attitude and high flexibility to adapt to several types of Customers
11. Sales experience preferably in fashion & luxury contexts
12. Excellent communication and empathic skills
13. Commercial results orientation
14. Good team player
15. Multitasking, flexible
16. Capacity to work in a fast moving, dynamic and stressing environment
