About the role
We’re looking for a Community Manager to build and grow the Peec community and bring our brand to life through meaningful real-world experiences. In this role, you’ll own our event and community strategy in Berlin, creating high-quality gatherings, brand activations, and partnerships that connect founders, marketers, and operators around the future of search and AI. You’ll work closely with Growth and Marketing to ensure every initiative strengthens our brand, builds long-term community equity, and creates meaningful connections with the people shaping modern marketing.
What You’ll Do
* Own Peec’s event and community strategy in Berlin, turning our brand into real-world presence
* Conceptualize and execute bold, high-quality experiences - from curated partner dinners to high-visibility brand activations
* Build and scale a Peec Ambassador Program that activates local power users and advocates
* Lead our conference presence end-to-end, from booth concept, side events, partnerships, and on-site experience
* Work closely with Growth and Marketing to ensure every initiative drives brand depth, pipeline, and long-term community equity
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in events, community, partnerships, or brand marketing - ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing startup
* Strong creative instinct with taste for beautifully designed, memorable experiences
* High ownership and operational excellence - you manage vendors, budgets, logistics, and deliver flawlessly
* Natural relationship builder - you are comfortable hosting founders, operators, and senior marketers
* Strong understanding of how events and community translate into real business impact
Bonus Points
* Proven track record of building ambassador or advocacy programs from scratch
* Experience owning conference presence end-to-end and turning it into measurable pipeline
* Strong brand and design sensitivity - you care deeply about atmosphere, detail, and positioning
* Experience building or scaling engaged online communities
* Existing network in Berlin’s startup, SaaS, or marketing ecosystem
