About this Opportunity:
This research project aims to identify and characterize microbiome-borne virulence factors associated with human diseases, focusing on cancer. The successful candidate will investigate the effects of these factors using in vitro and in vivo assays, contribute to developing novel methods and techniques for studying their functions, and participate in projects related to microbiomes and cancer.
The role involves conducting experiments, analyzing data, and presenting results at regular meetings and conferences. A strong understanding of cell culture techniques, molecular biology, and proficiency in working with purified proteins and performing related assays are essential.
We seek a highly motivated and skilled professional with a PhD in Biological Sciences and prior experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are also necessary for success in this role.
