About this team and role:
Mozilla Marketing is looking for an experienced creative to lead our global Firefox campaigns. This is an exciting moment to play a critical role in the future of one of the internet's most trusted browsers.
This role calls for a balance of conceptual vision and craft excellence, guiding a small in-house team alongside a strong network of agency partners to develop Marketing campaigns that drive brand affiliation and conversion.
What you’ll do:
1. Lead the development of campaign creative concepts, toolkits, and work with global teams to adapt and activate in markets, across various channels including owned and earned.
2. Bring bold creativity, innovation and craft to the art of marketing, helping audiences to engage with Firefox as their browser of choice.
3. Collaborate with and lead agency partners to deliver bold, effective creative that drives conversion through the marketing funnel.
4. Partner with in-house marketing strategists and go-to-market experts, leveraging audience and market insights to increase the impact of creative assets.
5. Drive brand marketing and product campaigns that connect Firefox with audiences in key markets, including but not limited to North American, Germany, UK, France, Japan and India.
6. Provide mentorship and support to an ambitious internal team.
7. Report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing, ECD – Brand and Creative.
What you’ll bring:
8. 10+ years experience in leading creative work, either in an ad agency or in-house setting
9. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and oversee creative development and execution
10. Outstanding organization and project management skills
11. Strong communication and presentation skills
12. Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe.
13. Ability to think about both big-picture creative strategy and deliver against individual briefs
14. Experience analyzing data and consumer insights to inform marketing creative
15. A comfort with working in a fast-paced environment and across different time zones and cultures
16. A proactive self-starter who is both collaborative and able to work independently
