Senior Commercial Excellence Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Excellence Professional to drive commercial and business excellence by designing, planning, and implementing processes, tools, and initiatives to maximize top and bottom-line results.
The successful candidate will analyze and integrate insights from different sources (market research, competitive intelligence, analytics, forecasting, CRM data) to enable fact-based decision-making. This involves working cross-functionally with key business partners, including Training Managers, Country Managers/Sales Managers & Business Leads, Marketing Managers, and International Commercial Excellence Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the Sales Force Effectiveness Plan focusing on key priorities.
* Lead sales force performance, measurement, and continuous improvement, in collaboration with National Sales Managers.
* Partner with National Sales Managers on sales force sizing, territory alignment, and sales force effectiveness.
* Drive adoption and use of Veeva CRM and Tableau to enhance business decisions and analytics.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver cross-functional projects.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
* At least 8 years of commercial experience within sales, marketing, or commercial excellence, preferably in the diagnostic/pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
* Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
* Demonstrated implementation of commercial excellence projects with measurable commercial outputs.
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work with large data sets.
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to influence and recommend solutions.
* Highly organized and self-motivated.
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
