Job Description The Assistant Camp Manager is expected to collaborate with the Camp Manager in ensuring the efficient management and smooth running of the camp. Through working closely with the Camp Manager in supervising teaching and activity staff, the Assistant Camp Manager shares the responsibility for meeting Alpadia’s ambition of an enjoyable and developing camp experience for all students, in an atmosphere that is both respectful, inspiring and safe. The Assistant Camp Manager is directly responsible for supervising activities and excursions programme and managing the Activity Leader team, creating activity schedules, managing risks, corresponding with external activity partners, and more.
