We are looking for a driven hunter to fuel new business growth and expand our footprint across key markets in the DACH region. Responsibilities Responsible for hunting of new accounts with Global, Strategic, or Key tier potential within the Built Environment business unit. Identifies accounts with the highest potential and develops strategy and acquisition plan. Systematically prioritizes high‑potential leads (Key+ tiers) to develop them into new logo acquisitions. Lays foundation for a sustainable relationship with customers throughout the sales process and ensures successful hand‑over to account manager after the land‑lording period. Drives the entire sales cycle: from initial engagement to closed sale, and continues to cultivate relationships with customers to ensure successful service delivery before transitioning ownership to account management. Provides customer information and context to new account owners and facilitates customer introductions. Recognizes additional opportunities for account growth after initial sale is closed. Works with Sales Support Specialists for quote generation and order taking. Leverages engineers, software solution architects, and practitioners to run demonstrations, provide subject‑matter expertise, and support proposal development as needed. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of working experience as a sales hunter or in a similar role. Hunter mindset with a strong focus on closing high‑value deals. Fluent in German with a strong command of English (spoken and written). Proven track record in B2B new business development. Sales enthusiast who consistently exceeds sales goals through creativity, persistence, and a true hunter mindset. Business acumen with excellent interpersonal and business communication skills. Availability to travel 50–75% of the time across DACH. Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software. Knowledge and experience with the buildings safety or fire protection industry is a plus.
