Position: Siemens PLC Commissioning engineer
Location: Schierling Germany
Experience:5 + Years of experience in the Siemens PLC / HMI platform
Job Description:
1. Siemens PLC Simatic S7-1500 Series
2. Siemens HMI- Simatic Comfort and Basic Panels (TP & KTP)
3. Experience of the PLC and HMI programming
4. S7-1500 F- Safety PLC programming knowledge
5. Siemens PLC safety certification
6. Site Commissiong experience at Automotive lines
7. Knowledge of NC axes (motion control) with Siemens Sinamics drives
8. Working on battery testing line will be added advantages
9. Must have knowledge of PLC – Robotic integration
Nice to have:
* Knowledge of Commissioning of the systems and their acceptance with all technical documentation (checklists, Q-Gate, final acceptance, electrical drawings).
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
* Network Protocols
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with international teams.
Educational Background:
Graduate or Postgraduate in Electrical, Electronics and
Telecommunications, Instrumentation and Controls, Mechatronic or
equivalent.
