Your Impact:
As Learning & Development Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping HELM’s leadership culture. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President Corporate HR & Communications, you will lead strategic initiatives that empower our leaders and teams globally.
Your Tasks:
1. In this role, you own the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning and leadership development programs across HELM.
2. You develop and execute targeted leadership training and talent pool initiatives to build future-ready leaders.
3. In doing so, you also create engaging communication strategies to promote learning offerings and increase participation.
4. Moreover, you are responsible for cultivating a sustainable learning culture aligned with HELM’s long-term strategy.
5. Enhancing and expanding our Learning Management System (LMS), including the integration of platforms like LinkedIn Learning, will also be part of your function.
6. In addition to that, you will define and implement structured “Learning Paths” tailored to different leadership levels.
7. As part of this global position, you collaborate closely with Regional HR colleagues to align learning initiatives with HELM’s global HR strategy.
Your Profile:
8. You hold a degree in economics, psychology, human resources, or a related field—or have equivalent professional experience.
9. You bring at least 10 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong focus on leadership development in international, mid-sized or large organizations.
10. You enjoy roles where you can both contribute on a strategic level to learning & development topics as well as take on operational responsibilities.
11. You are confident in engaging with senior stakeholders up to board level, offering guidance and sparring on leadership topics.
12. Your global mindset and experience working across cultures (Asia, Americas, Europe) make you a collaborative team player with a hands-on mentality, ready to take ownership and contribute meaningfully to a dynamic team.
13. You are familiar with common IT-applications (Microsoft Office 365)
14. Fluency in the English language, both, written and spoken, complete your profile.
