Head of IAM Off-Highway Business (m/f/d)
We are looking for support in our IAM Off-Highway Business department (BII) at our location in Schweinfurt or Passau.
What you can look forward to as Head of IAM Off-Highway Business (m/f/d):
1. Define global valid guidelines for the Business Development for all OH segments (Construction/Agriculture and Materials Handling
2. Steer and supervise the Strategic Business Development within the SP process. Defining global measures in alignment with the regions on OH Segment level, but also for the Product segments (T/M, Axle, Powertrain, Braking etc.) and different IAM Brands
3. Set profitability targets together with the regions in cross functions with global/regional price level discussions and decisions
4. Analyze global sales on product segment and customer level to define white spots and generate additional business with existing range --> go to market support
5. Define Pricing guidelines for different product segments together with the regions and global OH pricing
6. Leading across regional business developments (between the regions) on ranges and part no Level together with Category Management and Marketing Management
Your Profile as Head of IAM Off-Highway Business (m/f/d):
7. Several years and global extensive experience in IAM business, proven leadership experience in a global environment
8. Deep understanding of IAM Off-Highway Aftermarket value chain (product management, marketing, pricing, branding, distribution), customer requirements and trends
9. Robust customer network and proven successful stakeholder relationship management
10. Proven experience in successfully P&L management of global business and strong commercial sense
11. Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead in complex matrix organizations
12. Strong relationship management and influencing skills
13. Advanced degree in business and/or engineering (MSc, Diploma, or similar)Grading:
Depending on the fulfilment of the above tasks. The basic salary entitlement is determined according to individual prior knowledge.
