The Role
Position: Client Account Principal or Director
You are responsible for expanding and enhancing existing client relationships, focusing on growing the account and increasing overall contribution. You will develop new engagements with current clients, leveraging a strategic mindset to effectively manage the project portfolio. Your role is to ensure that Zühlke consistently delivers exceptional value, aligning with our commitment to excellence and fostering long-term client satisfaction and development. Our goal is to sustainably expand our customer base by actively acquiring new clients. This role will:
* Manage existing client accounts
* Cross sell/upsell on opportunities within existing client accounts

How you’ll make an impact
* Acquiring – You proactively identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand existing engagements and secure new ones, significantly contributing to the overall growth of accounts. Your insight into client needs and market trends drives strategic initiatives that align with Zühlke’s long-term goals.
* Leading – You govern Zühlke's project portfolio, ensuring alignment with client priorities and successful delivery. You manage complexities across geographical distributions and diverse stakeholder groups, maintaining a balanced approach to risk and execution.
* Growing – You cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional value. You handle stakeholder engagement and proactive communication to reinforce Zühlke's trusted-partner position.
* Guiding – You develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that align with client objectives and Zühlke's goals. You manage stakeholder relationships and navigate uncertainties to achieve revenue targets and drive sustainable profit.
