Key Responsibilities
* Engage with stakeholders to understand business strategies, objectives, and key success factors
* Act as a trusted partner to business and technology teams to drive alignment between business goals and delivery outcomes
* Operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments through strong organizational and coordination skills
* Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying business and system issues
* Design structured and practical solutions while accounting for business, technical, and operational constraints
* Demonstrate strong understanding of project management stages and lifecycle activities
* Manage and deliver multiple small and mid-sized projects end to end and contribute to large-scale program deliveries
* Design and support analytical frameworks and statistical model–based solutions where applicable
* Translate, refine, and prioritize business and product requirements into clear technical and data requirements
* Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate solution options and implementation approaches
* Apply working knowledge of SQL scripting for data analysis and validation
* Contribute to the design and understanding of data warehouses, data pipelines, and business intelligence solutions
* Create dashboards and reports that aggregate, organize, and visualize data to generate actionable business insights
* Communicate insights and recommendations effectively using strong presentation and storytelling skills
* Collaborate closely with product analysts, data scientists, engineers, program managers, and internal stakeholders
* Demonstrate strong problem-solving and quantitative reasoning skills to develop creative and effective solutions
* Identify proactive and reactive improvement opportunities across business processes and systems
* Elicit, analyze, and clearly document business and system requirements
* Assess process and system inefficiencies and recommend optimization initiatives
* Identify opportunities to improve adoption, usability, and customer satisfaction
* Understand, manage, and negotiate the expectations of multiple stakeholders
* Work with multiple business analysts across programs to implement cross-program initiatives and share learnings
