About the opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Sales Systems Analyst to join the Acquisition Systems & Capabilities team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Joining our Sales Team, you'll be instrumental in expanding our network, empowering sellers to bring a strong portfolio of businesses onto the platform. Your work will equip sales teams with effective strategies and resources to identify and engage high-potential partners, enhancing the quality of businesses joining our platform and contributing directly to Delivery Hero's ecosystem growth.
What would you do
1. Lead the development and implementation of efficient partner acquisition tools and strategies, including vendor grading for prioritizing high-potential businesses
2. Demonstrate strong autonomy in analyzing acquisition data, conducting deep-dives to identify potential issues, and proactively flagging them to relevant stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and process integrity
3. Enhance performance tracking and reporting, enabling data-driven insights to optimize sales productivity and identify deviations
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition tools with global strategies and adapt them for market needs
5. Identify process optimization opportunities and contribute to developing new features that streamline workflows and improve sales efficiency
Qualifications
What you need to be successful
6. At least 3 years of experience in sales operations, tools management, or process improvement, with a preference for experience in international markets
7. Expertise in data analysis and SQL, with a strong record of generating actionable insights to drive business decisions
8. A proven ability to successfully implement sales tools and collaborate effectively across product teams and various stakeholders
9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for effective collaboration
10. Proactive and self-driven, with experience in delivering scalable solutions. Familiarity with CRM platforms (, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
