Your responsibilities
* Support and deliver Performance Management for the A320 Family Quality Customer Line
* Define, implement and deploy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Quality Customer Lines
* Integrate KPIs and develop dashboards for performance monitoring
* Support and deliver Customer Performance Management
* Define and implement KPIs for Customer Management and Customer WatchTower
* Develop dashboards and standard templates for customer management and communication
* Support In-Service activities for the customer portfolio
* Manage and coordinate Manufacturing Quality Items (MQI) Technical Requests
* Act as customer interface for MQI Technical Requests
* Drive the digital transformation of the team
* Improve processes and KPI performance through digitalization
* Enhance data capitalization and knowledge management via digital solutions
* Work in close collaboration with central and operational Quality functions in Manufacturing, Delivery and In-Service, as well as with Customer Services, Chief Engineering and Procurement

Your profile
* University degree in Engineering or Aerospace
* 2 years of experience in Aerospace, Project Management, Process Improvement or Quality Management
* Experience in Performance Management is an advantage
* Knowledge of Total Quality Management and problem-solving methodologies
* AI knowledge required
* Strong analytical mindset and digital affinity
* High level of autonomy, ownership and responsibility
* Strong communication skills and team orientation
* Professional and customer-focused working style
* Fluent English (German and/or French are a plus)
* Very good knowledge of Google Workspace
