Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the sales strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, medical, and market access) to create and implement effective commercial initiatives. Sales Management: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. Drive sales excellence through innovative approaches and best practices.
Represent the company at key events, conferences, and meetings. Provide insights to the senior management team to support strategic decision-making.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to ethical standards, industry regulations, and corporate compliance policies. Conduct regular training to keep the team updated on compliance guidelines.
Experience in pharmaceutical sales, field-sales management, marketing, and extensive experience in a leadership role and people management. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with digital tools and multichannel sales strategies.
