About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team in Europe. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in strategic sales, a proven track record of success in the semiconductor industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets in the semiconductor industry.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders at leading semiconductor manufacturers, OEMs, and other partners.
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including expanding our footprint within existing accounts and penetrating new markets.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of strategic sales experience in the semiconductor industry or a closely related field.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a multinational or startup environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor technologies and industry trends.
* Experience managing complex sale cycles, with an ability to influence executive-level decision-making.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
