To grow our Marketing team we are searching for a
Marketing Manager (f/m/d)
who will support the Marketing Director in driving brand image initiatives and ensuring consistent execution across international markets.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and coordinate seasonal content production with the creative teams, ensuring conceptually aligned assets and cohesive storytelling across all channels
* Manage the global marketing theme plan and oversee its implementation across markets
* Align and monitor the global media strategy to ensure consistent execution and maximum impact across all regions
* Negotiate and manage national print media campaigns in Europe to secure optimal placements, competitive rates, and high-quality execution
* Support the Marketing Director in implementing global brand image initiatives and analyzing competitor activities to provide actionable insights
What Makes You a Great Fit:
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
* 3–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury/fashion industry
* Strong product sensitivity
* Previous experience in implementing go-to-market strategies
* Experience in brand positioning and creative direction
* Very good communication skills, fostering effective collaboration across networks
* Proficient in German and English (both written and oral)
