We are looking for a Senior IT Solution Specialist to join our
production site in Unterschleissheim, which forms the interface between IT and business.
Your mission:
* IT infrastructure management: You will ensure that our IT systems run stably on the shop floor and that all regulatory requirements are met
* Project and Service Management: You will be responsible for IT initiatives from the Concept phase to successful implementation and ensure that our IT services are continuously optimized
* Business-IT interface: Together with our departments, you will analyze business processes and develop tailor-made IT solutions that are implemented efficiently
* Strategic partnerships: You will build strong relationships with global and local platforms and foster collaboration for the sustainable development of our IT landscape
* Innovation and consulting: You actively contribute your ideas, propose innovative
solutions and contribute to driving the digital transformation of our production site
What you bring to the table:
* Technical expertise: Experience in IT infrastructure and system management in manufacturing/shop floor as well as a strong hands-on mentality
* Experience: Professional experience in an IT or service environment, ideally in the life sciences industry or in a production environment
* Expertise: Sound knowledge of project management and Service management (ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage), good understanding of IT infrastructure in a manufacturing company, operation of virtual systems and downstream backup structure
* Language skills: Fluent in German and English
* Personality: Sense of responsibility, independent way of working and strong communication and problem-solving skills
