Junior Research Group Leader (f)
focusing on research into polymeric and self-organized materials, to be investigated with modern experimental methods with regards to their structure and dynamics.
As a junior research group leader, you will pursue a larger research project with your own budget, hosted by the Institutes of Chemistry and Physics, where you can use our state-of-the-art facilities including x-ray scattering, solid-state NMR, EPR, rheology, fast DSC, AFM and many more.
You can fill the position of a doctoral researcher as soon as the junior research group is established. Both you and the doctoral researcher will be associated with the Research Training Group RTG 2670 "Beyond Amphiphilicity" ().
Additional positions might be obtained through further third-party funding.
You have the opportunity to qualify for a professorship (e.g. habilitation) and gain the necessary teaching experience. By requirement of the funding body, this opening is directed to female researchers on an advanced-stage post-doctoral level .
