Lead and manage en-to-end research operations (e.g. interviews, usability testing, workshops, surveys), including participant recruitment, ensuring compliance, consent, and representative user samples
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, evidence-based recommendations and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders
Collaborative, proactive, and hands-on leader with exceptional communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills, thriving in fast-paced, Agile environments
Fluent in English and German with French or Italian as a plus
