Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Compliance Consultant to develop and manage our global Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on holistic resilience strategies that drive business success.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and managing the global BCMS with a focus on resilient strategies
* Supporting international subsidiaries in implementing business continuity and crisis management processes
* Conceptual and methodological further development of BCM and crisis management processes
* Conducting training, awareness campaigns, and exercises to strengthen resilience competence
* Supporting internal and external audits as well as preparing regulatory documentation
* Closing collaboration with IT, risk management, information security, and operational units
Requirements
* A completed degree in business informatics, risk management, or a comparable qualification
* Knowledge in business continuity management, crisis management, and organizational resilience
* Familiarity with relevant standards such as ISO 22301 and NIS2 (desirable)
* Passion for international collaboration and strong intercultural communication skills (desirable)
* Strong analytical thinking skills, a structured way of working, and high personal responsibility
* Motivation to drive change and embed resilience as a strategic topic within the organization
* A very good command of spoken and written English (C1)
