Were looking for a Marketing Manager who will play a key role in shaping our presence across Germany and Switzerlandfrom building brand awareness to driving strategic demand generation initiatives.

What Youll Do:
Strategic Account & Regional Planning
1. Lead the marketing strategy and execution for two key strategic accounts in the region.
2. Support additional strategic account initiatives.
3. Own and execute the Swiss marketing plan in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Campaign Execution & Localization
4. Adapt and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, email, and events tailored for Germany and Switzerland.
5. Maintain and manage a regional marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery and performance.
Content, Communications & Digital
6. Help craft high-impact, German-language content for newsletters, social media, and promotions.
7. Execute digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) with culturally nuanced messaging.
8. Optimize local SEO and contribute to the regional website experience.
Event Management
9. Coordinate and promote regional events, trade shows, and webinars.
10. Lead logistical planning, on-site support, and lead capture at industry events.
Reporting & Insights
11. Track and report on KPIs for all marketing activities in Germany.
12. Monitor market trends and competitor actions to identify emerging opportunities.
What Youll Bring
13. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
14. 8+ years of experience in regional or localized B2B marketing.
15. Native-level German and fluent English communication skills.
16. Proven ability to execute multi-channel marketing and ABM strategies.
17. Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Iterable, Wrike, Tableau, Google Analytics, and more.
18. Excellent copywriting with a strong grasp of cultural nuance.
19. Project management skills and ability to work independently.
20. Confidence to engage and collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams.

21. Experience in event planning & management.
22. Familiarity with CRM & marketing automation platforms.
