What the Value Engineering Team does
Value Engineering at ama is highly strategic and sits at the intersection of customers, product, and growth. Our team combines customer obsession, commercial drive, and technical expertise.
What you will do
Value engineers at ama
* Deploy ama's AI agent for clients by configuring it for the specific context of the role they are hiring for and by supporting customer in using it.
* Help build and scale our enterprise sales motion, engage with clients to understand their needs and enable ama to deliver value for them at scale.
* Drive automation projects to enhance the scalability and efficiency of our processes.
* Road-test new product features, providing essential feedback to product and engineering.
Depending on your strengths, we'll tilt the mix.
You will be key in ensuring we accelerate our growth with enterprise clients: medium and large corporates as well as high-growth scale-ups.

Your background
You have at least 2 years (ideally more) full time work experience where you have
* Gained first-hand insight into how our customers operate and what their needs are— for instance by working in, selling to or consulting for medium to large corporates or high-growth scale-ups
* Collaborated with senior stakeholders in these organizations— for instance through roles in strategy (consulting), solution engineering, technical sales, business development, customer success – or talent acquisition
* Demonstrated your ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work both independently and effectively
You completed a Bachelor's degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business with analytics/AI specialization), Master's is a plus.
You have a passion for technology and basic programming skills (ideally Python)— software engineering background or experience is not required
You are a native-level German speaker and fluent in English— we have a strong German client base
