This position will be responsible for managing the budget, schedule and quality of the project. Management of the full game product development cycle including concept, pre-production, production, approval, quality assurance, code release and localization by analyzing all project requirements
Define the milestones schedule and content and validate delivered key milestones in relation to the objectives as well as maintaining a proper budget and resource allocation table
Work closely with the brand’s franchise team and align on project strategy
Identify all relevant project stakeholders by developing a communication plan
Identify all relevant project risks developing plans for their mitigation and contingency
Establish a vision and strategy for the development of better-quality games, and ensure that quality objectives are met
Identify, assess and, negotiate with external suppliers like 3D art or music suppliers in close collaboration with the franchise team
Participate in studio initiatives beyond the project
Expert knowledge of project management methods in game development
