IT Field Support (m/f/d)
Your future tasks:
* Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows systems, servers, desktop devices, notebooks and printers
* Setting up and maintaining applications on Microsoft platforms
* First and second level support for all IT-relevant components at the site
* Participation in IT service management
What we want from you:
* Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
* Initial experience with Windows operating systems, back-office applications and in the configuration and administration of IT components and peripheral devices desirable
* Good written and spoken German and very good English skills
* Strong service orientation and solution-oriented way of working
* Openness to a wide range of IT tasks and a willingness to learn new things
* Ability to work in a team and independently
