In this strategic finance role, you will play a key part in building and scaling group-wide controlling and FP&A capabilities within a fast-growing, private equity-backed organization. You will transform financial data into actionable insights that directly support executive decision-making and business performance. Operating at group level, you will design and standardize reporting, KPI frameworks, and forecasting processes across multiple entities. The role combines strategic thinking, hands-on financial analysis, and process development in a rapidly evolving multi-entity structure.
