What you'll do
* You enjoy being responsible for the organization and preparation of factual data for the correct and complete billing of services provided by cooperation partners/service providers in a sub-area of Sales and Customer Growth
* The management & control of invoices (incl. coordination of invoice processing) sounds fun to you
* The monthly closing (incl. evaluation of cost accrual items & preparation of documentation in coordination with Controlling & Accounting) for all Routes to Market within the Sales and CRM departments cannot dampen your motivation either
* You're involved in the system-side creation of merchandise management and purchasing systems via the SAP ARIBA system and monitor the systems in Sales (focus) and Customer Growth
* As part of the team, you organize the preparation and monitoring of the cost management of an area, taking into account the budget targets and ensuring representative reporting
What you'll bring
* You're studying business administration or a comparable field of study
* Ideally, you've practical experience with electronic ordering systems and initial experience in sales, accounting or controlling
* Your affinity for numbers paired with a high level of analytical and conceptual skills set you apart
* You've a desire to work with Excel & KPIs
* Above all, your strengths include resilience, good deadline and prioritization coordination, as well as team spirit
* Good English skills round off your profile
