Your tasks
6. Independent planning and implementation of complex transport logistics solutions as part of freight planning, taking into account supply security, costs, time, quality and environmental aspects with a focus on road transport
7. Coordination of transport logistics requirements with internal and external process partners, e.g. purchasing, material planning, suppliers, transport service providers and purchasing
8. Continuous optimization of existing transport relations on the basis of KPIs
9. Moderation and implementation of escalation meetings with internal and external process partners in the event of performance problems
10. Supervision of transport services in series production or for the coordination of volume and quantity fluctuations
11. Management of cross-functional (sub-)projects as part of digitalization initiatives
12. Development of methods for the integration, analysis and visualization of transport logistics performance and cost data
13. Development and support of dashboards, e.g. PowerBI
14. Development of methods for evaluating transport service providers as part of performance measurement
Your profile
15. Completed studies in the field of economics/industrial engineering with a focus on logistics, alternatively qualification as a transport specialist, business economist, forwarding agent with several years of professional experience or a comparable qualification
16. Experience in supply chain management and project management is an advantage
17. Very good knowledge of the common MS Office products
18. Experience with BI tools, such as PowerBI, Qlik etc., desirable
19. Business fluent in German and English
20. Digital mindset and strong affinity for data and IT
