Supervisor Casting & Rehearsals (m/f/d)

Your previous ports of call
* Completed training or studies, preferably in the arts (e.g., performing arts, cultural management, theater studies, event management)
* Several years of professional experience in casting, rehearsal, performing arts (dance, singing, acting, acrobatics), artist, cultural, or theater management, or evening performance management
* Management experience as artistic director in the fields of singing, dance, or acting
* Very good English and good German skills as well as confident use of MS Office 365
* Goal-oriented and precise way of working, quality and service awareness, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
Your chartered goal
* Ensuring smooth casting and rehearsal processes
* Performers selection and scheduling, including conducting casting interviews, briefings, and comprehensive support for applicants and performers
* Deputy management of castings and auditions, including artistic assessment in collaboration with the Casting & Rehearsals Manager
* Supervision and quality management of rehearsals, including content supervision for all choreographic trainers, as well as content control and follow-up of choreographic rehearsal material
* Project work in casting & rehearsals, as well as organizational communication and coordination
* Active networking and maintaining contacts in the German-speaking and international performers and casting market
