(Senior) IT Security Specialist (m/f/d)
You work within interdisciplinary teams with an agile mindset. With the independent operation and continuous further development of modern cloud infrastructures and cloud security technologies, you will make a significant contribution to holistic IT security.
Your tasks Independent operation and continuous further development of modern
Cloud infrastructures and cloud security technologies
Independent consulting of specialist departments in the identification, analysis and
sustainable elimination of vulnerabilities - especially in cloud environments
Participation in 2nd and 3rd level support for security incidents and active support in responding quickly and effectively to security incidents
Collaboration in our DevSecOps structures with a focus on a secure
system operation and the automation of security-relevant processes
• Technical responsibility in the areas • Cloud-native firewalls
• Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM)
• Cloud-Native Application Protection Platforms (CNAPP)
• Secure Service Edge (SSE)
Your profile Master's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a subject relevant to the position (e.g. (business) informatics, mathematics, physics)
At least 3 years of experience in IT security, ideally with a focus on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Sound expertise in securing cloud environments and cloud-native architectures
Knowledge and experience in dealing with common CNAPP, CSPM, SSE and firewall technologies
Ideally experience with agile development methods and CI/CD processes
Ideally experience in the DevSecOps environment
Structured and solution-oriented way of working, high sense of responsibility
Agile mindset and practical experience in the application of agile methods and tools
Willingness and ability to make decisions and take responsibility
Ability to work in a team, and initiative
Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical topics in an understandable way for different target groups
Fluency in written and spoken German and English
High resilience, flexibility
