Responsibilities:
1.Manage and lead the team to perform 7x24 and 5x8 on-site IDC presence as required by customer cloud.
2.Respond to incidents and execute work orders, including ad hoc tasks, in accordance with service SLA requirements.
3.Identify potential risks, implement risk controls, and continuously optimize EOP processes.
4.Be able to independently complete all work orders according to SOP and work order requirements, and provide insights and continuous optimization for SOP processes, quality control, and efficiency improvement; also capable of managing and cordinating the team to enhance stability and efficiency.
5.Be familiar with project management tools and methods, and have the ability to coordinate projects, optimize project processes, and deliver or exceed expected results.
Requirements:
1.Industry experience: More than 3 years
2.Years of similiar role: At least 2 years
3.Skills: Data center operations skills, understanding of IT infrastructure, team management, communication and collaboration
